If you choose a 12-month rental contract, the rent will not be increased more than 3% per annum.

If at any time the due rent is paid after the fifth of the month, this special offer will be voided. This exclusive offer will be in the Rental Contract.

At least one of the occupants should make the minimum gross income per month listed below.

You can combine incomes as long as one occupant makes the base amount of $2,100.00.

The maximum number of occupants for a one-bedroom apartment is two persons. The maximum number of occupants for a two-bedroom apartment is four persons.

One Year Rental Contracts can be extended from month to month at the one-year rental rate that is currently advertised plus $60.00 per month. Three Month and Six Month leases may be extended month to month at the same rate that is currently advertised for that term. All month-to-month contracts are subject to rent increases.

A security deposit of $300.00 is required on a twelve-month contract, with approved credit, employment/income and rental/mortgage. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required on short-term contracts, with approved credit. A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee and a deposit of $100.00 are due with the application. Upon approval, the $100.00 application deposit will be applied to the security deposit. A full refund will be given if your application is turned down based on credit, employment or rental. A copy of most recent paycheck stub and driver’s license is required with the application. Every occupant residing in the apartment that is 18 or older must sign the application.
